Founded in Hong Kong and launched in 2016, #impact Podcast has grown into a leading platform for social impact and sustainability, ranking in the top 5% of podcasts globally. With six successful seasons of sharing powerful stories and insights, #Impact has built a loyal audience. In 2021, the founder, Regina, returned to her hometown, Vienna, and sought a strategic partner to help sustain her social media presence as she navigated this new chapter.

As #impact Podcast evolved, Regina needed a fresh look and cohesive brand identity to align with her transition to Vienna. The goal was to revitalize the brand's image, strengthen its social media presence, and engage listeners through visually appealing content that conveyed the podcast’s impactful storytelling.

To prepare for Season 6, I redefined #impact Podcast’s brand by refreshing the logo and establishing cohesive brand guidelines for all visual content, including blog covers. Recognizing the importance of video in modern media, I focused on creating engaging reels to amplify Regina’s stories on social media, capturing the essence of each episode.

Additionally, I supported Regina’s growth through marketing initiatives, leading efforts in securing podcast sponsorships and implementing targeted social media strategies that expanded #impact’s reach.
